Pink Ling

The Petuna Endeavour FV catches Pink Ling (Genypterus blacodes) year round on the continental shelf in the wild, unsullied waters of the Southern Ocean. They are taken at depths of 300–550 meters.
Pink Ling flesh has a firm texture with mild delicate flavour. It is suitable for most cooking methods as the fillet holds its shape very well during cooking.
The Pink Ling fillet is long and rather slender, the taper pronounced. The flesh is very white and firm.
At Petuna we offer fresh Pink Ling as whole gutted fish or as trimmed fillets. The size of our Pink Ling varies between 1–4.5kg.
