Petuna Atlantic Salmon
The smolt of Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar) are reared to an average size of 100gm at our Cressy hatchery, before being carefully transported to sea farms in the wilderness-fed waters of Macquarie Harbour. Petuna Atlantic Salmon flourish in a unique mix of tannin-rich fresh river water and cool sea water from the Southern Ocean. Disease-free growth continues all year round.
After careful harvest, the premium quality fish are transported to Petuna’s export-accredited operations in Devonport to be prepared for market. Consistent, quality seafood is the hallmark of our business and underpins the Petuna brand.

Petuna Atlantic Salmon comes in a variety of forms to meet handling and taste needs, including whole gutted fish, fillets, portions, and smoked. The average size of our harvested Atlantic Salmon is between 3–5kg.
