Petuna and Pure South – Taste the Harvest dinner
Leading Tasmanian seafood company Petuna Seafoods in conjunction with Melbourne’s Pure South Restaurant will be the major sponsors for the annual Taste the Harvest dinner as part of the 2012 Devonport Food & Wine Festival.
The Taste the Harvest dinner is organised by the City of Devonport Lions Club and will be one of the key events of the 2012 Devonport Food & Wine Festival.
Pure South’s executive chef Dwayne Bourke will design a menu which will showcase Petuna Seafood’s product and local Tassie produce.
