Our chef friends
Petuna’s products have always caught the eye of outstanding chefs. Superchef Tetsuya Wakuda has been a Petuna customer for more than a decade and uses Petuna product exclusively in his signature dish, Confit of Ocean Trout.

The Club des Chefs des Chefs, a global group restricted to those who cook for royalty or heads of state, have used Petuna Atlantic Salmon and Ocean Trout in one of the world’s most exclusive gastronomic events. Some of the distinguished attendees included Cristeta Comerford, Chef to the US President; Mark Flanagan, Chef to the British Monarch; and Jérôme Rigaud, the Executive Chef at the Kremlin in Russia.
